   Some tips about ordering:

  * Each soffit vent comes with a new construction or a retrofit mounting flange. If for any reason you need the flange left off we can do that too.
  * All soffit vents also come with an insect screen on the back.

* The new construction flange is made to be covered up by the soffit. The retrofit flange remains exposed and trims out the opening.
